After signing the contract with your institution, the system implementation process officially begins. At this stage, a dedicated project manager is selected and introduced by Soft Vision. This project manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of the deployment and acts as the main point of contact between your institution and the Soft Vision team.

Initial meetings are conducted to thoroughly analyze and understand the institution's workflow, allowing our team to review your requirements in detail. In these meetings, all current processes, as well as long-term and short-term goals, are reviewed and communicated to the Soft Vision team. This step helps us to fully tailor the systems to the specific needs of the institution.
