After signing the contract with your institution, the system setup process officially begins. At this stage, a dedicated project manager is selected and introduced by Soft Vision. This project manager is responsible for overseeing all deployment phases and acts as the main point of contact between your institution and the Soft Vision team. Initial meetings are held to analyze and understand the institution's workflow in detail, allowing our team to thoroughly review your needs. In these meetings, all current processes and long-term/short-term goals are reviewed and communicated to the Soft Vision team. This step helps us tailor the systems perfectly to your institution's requirements.
