One of the most important steps in implementing and deploying systems is user training. The Soft Vision training team develops comprehensive and practical training programs for all users within the institution. These trainings are conducted both in-person and online, and include sessions for system administrators (admins) as well as regular users.

System administrators learn how to manage and configure the systems, while users are trained on the daily use of the systems. The training sessions are designed so that upon completion, everyone can use the systems with full confidence and without the need for constant guidance.
